Zeit gegen Rassismus

Zeit gegen Rassismus 2022: Flight and Migration – People Narrating

The podcast “Flight and Migration – People Narrating” is our contribution to this year’s “Zeit gegen Rassismus” from Radio X. The two-part audio contribution is based on the event of the same name that the Open Auditorium co-organised this spring at the Kaserne Basel. Partly recorded directly from the evening and partly re-recorded, various speakers talk about their personal experiences of flight, migration and racism. Listen in and let yourself be carried away to more anti-racist commitment in everyday life.

Zeit gegen Rassimus 2021: Racism and Academia

Racism is omnipresent. Within the academic context, racist structures remain invisible. For an inclusive climate at academic institutions, we need to collectively think about how and where racism works. Let’s talk about it at the university!

As part of „Zeit gegen Rassismus“, Radio X’s anti-racist series, a diverse group reflected on and discussed the topic of racism and academia.

The result is audio contributions by people from the university environment.

This project is intended as a prelude to further discussion. Would you also like to make an audio contribution? Then get in touch at: info@offener-hoersaal.ch.
